NFLCoaching News: Washington Redskins Hire Mike Shanahan?

In what has been a very busy day here at Walker Sports we have recently received news that the Washington Redskins have found their new head coach. This comes less than 12 hours after firing their previous head coach Jim Zorn.

According to reporters from 106.7 The Fan in Washington DC, Redskins One, Dan Snyder's private jet landed at Dulles airport earlier today and Mike Shanahan got off the plane where he climbed into a limousine with Dan Snyder and went off to a private meeting.

While there has been no official word if Shanahan has been offered the job, but the Washington Redskins have never hid their feelings for Mike Shanahan.

In other news, a source out of Houston Texas has stated that Houston Texans head coach has wished the best of luck to OC Kyle Shananan with his endeavors in Washington.
